ZENESIS patterned-diamond technology uses controlled diamond placement within the segment rather than relying solely on random diamond distribution. This engineered arrangement helps provide consistent diamond exposure and predictable cutting performance throughout the life of the segment.

Combined with a bond engineered specifically for softer stone, the technology helps the ZENESIS Marble produce the smooth, controlled cutting and edge quality professional marble fabricators need.

Recommended Feed Rate

ZENESIS recommends a feed rate of approximately 5–9 feet per minute when cutting marble. Actual optimum speed will depend on the specific stone, slab thickness, bridge saw horsepower, blade condition, water flow, and desired edge quality.

BladeRunner Pro Tip: Start near the lower end of the recommended cutting range and gradually increase feed speed while watching the finished edge and saw amperage. Marble varies significantly in hardness and composition, so the fastest feed rate is not always the rate that produces the best finished edge.
