Diamax Cyclone QZT Quartzite Blade 14in to 20in
Product Description
Cyclone QZT Quartzite Bridge Saw Blade
The Diamax Cyclone QZT is a professional bridge saw blade built for cutting quartzite, granite, engineered quartz, and other hard slab materials. Its diamond bond and segment design are made to handle dense stone while maintaining a clean cut and consistent feed rate.
The QZT is especially well suited for quartzite, where slow cutting, blade deflection, and step cutting can quickly reduce production. When used with the proper RPM, water flow, and feed rate, the blade is designed for full-depth cutting without the need for multiple step cuts.
Although quartzite is its specialty, the Cyclone QZT also performs very well on granite and engineered quartz, making it a strong option for fabrication shops that want one bridge saw blade capable of handling several common countertop materials.
Why Fabricators Use the Cyclone QZT
Full-Depth Quartzite Cutting
Designed to cut quartzite in a single pass without step cutting when proper saw settings, water flow, and feed rates are used.
Smooth, Controlled Cutting
The blade's bond and segment geometry help maintain a stable cutting path through hard material while reducing vibration and unnecessary edge work.
Built for Production Use
Made for fabrication shops cutting quartzite, granite, and engineered stone on a regular basis.
Strong Multi-Material Performance
While quartzite is the QZT's specialty, it also performs well on granite and engineered quartz, making it useful as an everyday bridge saw blade in many shops.
Key Features
High-Performance Diamond Bond
The QZT uses a diamond bond developed for hard and dense stone. It is designed to maintain cutting performance without glazing prematurely when operated at the proper RPM and feed rate.
U-Shaped Segment Design
The segment design helps keep the blade cutting square during straight and miter cuts, improving edge quality and reducing the need for additional finishing.
Single-Pass Cutting
Designed for full-depth cutting on hard stone rather than relying on multiple step cuts, helping reduce cycle time when processing quartzite.
Wet Cutting Only
The Cyclone QZT is designed for wet cutting. Proper water flow helps cool the blade, remove slurry, and maintain blade life and cutting performance.
Made for Bridge Saws
Designed specifically for bridge saw applications in countertop and stone fabrication shops.

BladeRunner Expert Insight
The Cyclone QZT is a strong choice for fabrication shops that regularly cut quartzite but don't want to change blades every time granite or engineered quartz comes across the saw.
Quartzite is where this blade separates itself from a standard granite blade. It is designed to stay cutting in dense material without requiring step cuts while still giving the shop enough versatility to leave it on the saw for many common granite and quartz jobs.
For best results, match the blade RPM and feed rate to the material being cut and make sure the blade is receiving plenty of clean water.
