ZENESIS Carbon 2 Sintered Stone Bridge Saw Blade

The ZENESIS Carbon 2 is a premium professional bridge saw blade purpose-built for some of the hardest and most demanding slab materials in modern fabrication. Designed specifically for DEKTON®, sintered stone, ultra-compact surfaces, and porcelain panels, the Carbon 2 combines a reinforced steel core, specialized diamond technology, and a 10mm segment to produce clean, controlled cuts on materials that can be difficult to cut without chipping or blade deflection.

The Carbon 2 is DEKTON® Approved and is specifically engineered for hard sintered materials such as DEKTON®, Neolith, and Lapitec. ZENESIS designed the blade to produce a razor-sharp edge on both the top and bottom of the material, making it particularly valuable for precision fabrication and miter work.

A premium steel core reinforced with additional plates helps resist flexing and deflection during long cuts. The added stability allows the blade to track more accurately through difficult material, helping fabricators maintain cleaner edges during both straight and 45-degree miter cutting.

Designed for DEKTON®, Sintered Stone & Ultra-Compact Surfaces

Sintered and ultra-compact surfaces present a different challenge than conventional granite or engineered quartz. These extremely dense materials can be hard and brittle, making edge chipping, blade wandering, and poor bottom-edge quality major concerns during fabrication.

The ZENESIS Carbon 2 is engineered specifically around those challenges. Its blade construction and diamond system are designed to maintain stable cutting action through hard sintered materials while leaving a clean finished edge on both the entrance and exit side of the cut.

Excellent for Precision Miter Cutting

The Carbon 2 is especially well suited for fabrication where the finished edge must remain clean through a long 45-degree miter cut. Miter cutting places additional side load on a bridge saw blade, increasing the possibility of blade flex or deflection.

ZENESIS reinforces the Carbon 2 steel core with additional plates to increase stability during long cuts. Keeping the blade running true helps produce straighter miter edges and cleaner seams while reducing the amount of corrective grinding required after cutting.

Not Recommended: ZENESIS does not recommend the Carbon 2 for marble. For marble and other soft natural stones, use a blade specifically engineered for those materials.

ZENESIS Recommended Feed Rates

BladeRunner Pro Tip: Start near the lower end of ZENESIS's recommended RPM and feed-rate range when cutting a new or unfamiliar material. Increase the feed rate gradually while monitoring edge quality and saw amperage. For miter cutting, ZENESIS recommends reducing normal feed rates approximately 20–30%.
