Diamax Cyclone Marble Silent Core Bridge Saw Blade – 14" & 16"

The Diamax Cyclone Marble Silent Core is a dedicated bridge saw blade engineered specifically for clean, controlled cutting of marble. Instead of using a general-purpose stone bond, Diamax developed this blade around the characteristics of marble, using a higher concentration of smaller-grit diamonds to help reduce edge chipping and produce a smoother finished cut.

The blade is designed for both straight and miter cutting, making it a strong choice for countertop fabrication, vanities, architectural stone, and other marble applications where edge quality matters. Its silent-core construction also helps reduce cutting noise while maintaining the stability needed for accurate bridge saw work.

Available in 14" and 16" sizes, both versions use a 10 mm medium-bond segment and a 50/60 mm arbor. The 14" blade is designed to run at approximately 2,000 RPM, while the 16" version is designed for approximately 1,800 RPM.

For fabrication shops that regularly cut marble, the Cyclone Marble offers a more refined cutting action than a standard granite or multi-material blade. The result is better edge control, cleaner miters, and a blade that is actually matched to the material being processed.

Getting the Best Performance from the Cyclone Marble

Run the blade at the recommended RPM for its diameter and use plenty of clean water on both sides of the cut. Proper water delivery helps keep the blade cool and reduces the chance of edge damage during both straight and miter cutting.

Use a steady feed rate rather than forcing the blade through the material. Marble responds best to a controlled cutting action, especially when finished edge quality is important.

Keep the blade properly aligned and the saw table level before starting detailed miter work. Good machine setup will help the silent core maintain a clean, consistent cutting path.
